Get ready for a special holiday edition of Kaukau & Kars Present: Sunset Kruise & Kaukau at Ka Makana Aliʻi! Following up on our massive last event—which featured an incredible turnout of 86 car show entries ranging from pristine classics and lowriders to lifted trucks and muscle cars—we are coming together on Sunday, December 6th for our Toys 4 Tots Drive.

Bring the whole family down to the lot across from Olino Theatre to check out the stunning rides and support a great cause by donating a toy to keiki in need. While you're there, grab a bite from an amazing lineup of local food trucks and enjoy some holiday retail therapy with our local vendors. We've got a dedicated seating area where you can sit back, eat, and listen to vibrant live entertainment, plus plenty of exciting giveaways to win throughout the night!

From 11am to 5pm, the Ka Makana Ali'i common areas will be brimming with holiday cheer and incredible local finds. This is your ultimate stop to discover unique, handcrafted treasures from local artisans, pick up exclusive holiday bundles, and find thoughtful gifts for everyone on your list, all while supporting our talented small business community.

This event is also a special opportunity to give back to those who give so much to our keiki. It’s a harsh reality that Hawaii’s educators are severely underpaid, yet they consistently pay out of pocket to provide for students who come to school without. And it’s not just basic pencils and paper—teachers often step up to buy essentials like backpacks, slippers, and even clean shirts for children in need.

To help ease their burden and say thank you, we invite you to drop off new, unused school supplies at center stage. As a heartfelt mahalo for your generosity, every donation will earn you an entry to win a $100 Visa gift card!
